Learn the LCHF dietary approach

More dietitians are offering low-carb diets to clients in response to growing evidence that higher levels of dietary carbohydrate may not be suitable for many individuals.

Clients with insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes may be particularly good candidates for a lower-carbohydrate prescription.

This webinar presents an opportunity to learn the low-carb, healthy-fat (LCHF) dietary approach from experienced dietitians.

You'll gain valuable knowledge about client assessment, prescription and monitoring to promote safe and effective practice.
